This document is a public offer of Pulcho Zhanna (also known as Janet Pulcho) and contains all the essential conditions for the provision of the Contractor's services on the Website's Internet page.
Pulcho Zhanna provides services within the functionality of the Site on its own behalf.
At the time of purchase of a painting on the Site, an individual makes an Acceptance of this offer (Agreement), becomes the Owner. Acceptance of the offer is tantamount to concluding an agreement on the terms set forth in the offer, and the Contractor and the Owner jointly become Parties, and separately - a Party under this Offer Agreement.
The provision of services by the Contractor is governed by this Agreement. At the same time, the Privacy Policy applies to this Agreement and is an integral part of it.
By accepting this Agreement, the User agrees that these conditions do not infringe on his legal rights, that he carefully read them and unconditionally accepted their terms.
If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement and the Privacy Policy, the Contractor invites you to refuse to conclude this Agreement and use the services of the Contractor.

Janet Pulcho reserves the right to reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell or copy any of our products as a part of a commercial or personal business. By using our website you accept and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Copyright and Original Works of Art Buying an original painting, assumes that you buy the physical object to have and enjoy. You own the artwork, not the copyright to it.
The copyright remains with Janet Pulcho unless:
- They specifically signed over their copyright to the buyer.
- The copyright has expired.
Unless one of these circumstances applies, original piece buyer does not automatically acquire the right to reproduce a painting as prints, cards, posters, on clothing, etc, when they purchase a painting - you're acquiring the right to
own and enjoy the item but not the right to
reproduce it.
This contract is governed by the laws of Ukraine and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.
Processing and Delivery Please keep in mind that the delivery times we give you are estimates only. The actual delivery time will have many contributing factors. Please reach out to us before placing your order if it is time sensitive.
Janet Pulcho processing policy is between 2-7 business days (excludes weekends). While Janet Pulcho takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution with the shipping provider.
We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. While Janet Pulcho accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specific situation and ensure we work towards an appropriate solution.
We ship WORLDWIDE! Please note that a shipment can take up to 30 business days to be delivered once shipped.
IMPORTANT! Placing orders during the COVID-19 pandemic: Dear friends, presently shipping operators are experiencing international delivery delays to all destinations due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. What that means for us is that the delivery times may be longer than usual! Please use the dates provided as estimates only, not guarantees. We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES If your order is to be shipped outside Italy, we assume that you're aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. Janet Pulcho will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country.
Order cancellations and returns We accept order cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. For cancellations, you should write to janet.pulcho@me.com and fill in with requisitions where to send money back.
Please choose carefully, as we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind. But if there is a fault with the product, we will happily exchange or replace your item including return postage.
Be careful, the fee for the master classes is non-refundable, as you get a link to the video and you get lifetime access.
Payment for the workshop is non-refundable as the number of places is limited and after your payment tickets are not sold and your place is reserved for you.
Deposit payment is non-refundable. If the second part of the payment is not paid within one month after the work is done or you received notification from Janet Pulcho that the second part of the payment should be done, Janet Pulcho has the right not to send the painting to you and leave it to herself.
This Agreement can be changed at any time, in connection with which the User is obliged to check the relevance of the text of this Agreement on a weekly basis and carefully read all changes published by the Administration of the Service. If the Site Administration deems it necessary, it will take the necessary measures to notify Users in advance of the change in the text of this Agreement, in particular, by sending informational messages to the email addresses specified during purchase. However, the User's obligation to regularly review this Agreement is a priority, and the User cannot make claims to the Service Administration about his disagreement with the changes on the grounds of not receiving the appropriate notification.
